What is the process for transferring my website?

The process for transferring your website will vary depending on your specific situation, but there are a few general steps that are typically involved:

  2. Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll test the logins on your account and make full backups of your website.
  3. Your new hosting account will be setup, and a copy of your website will be transferred to the new host.
  4. Once we’ve finished transferring the site, we will need to test all functionality and make sure everything is working as expected.
  5. Once we have full sign-off that the site is functioning properly on the new host, we will begin the DNS change that will take the new hosting account live.
